Tuna

Black sesame crusted seared ahi tuna served with jicama and scallions salsa, garnished with cilantro-jalapeno oil and ginger sweet chili sauce.

Croquetas de Salmon

Smoked salmon cakes over romaine lettuce, saffron lemon aioli, garnished with pineapple salsa.

Polenta

Creamy herbed polenta cake with Serrano ham, and shaved manchego cheese.

Camaron Caribe

Beer battered shrimp, served over a curry corn-potato fritter, served with cilantro aioli, and pickled red onion topped with micro cilantro. $9.95


Guacamole

Fresh avocado, yellow and red tomatoes, red onion, roasted tomato salsa, micro cilantro, served with homemade tortilla chips. $8.95

Ceviche

A Traditional South American ceviche of fish, shrimp and scallops in a cilantro-Aji sauce, topped with pickled red onions. $11.95

Blood orange, strawberry, Gorgonzola cheese, tossed in balsamic vinaigrette, and toasted almonds.

Spinacha

Baby spinach, shaved apples and fennel, goat cheese, tossed in lime honey dressing.
