A Fundraiser for Barton Open School
Join us at Cafe Ena for a spectacular evening of food and wine. Chef Hector Ruiz has handcrafted a six course menu inspired by spring that will wow you! Joined by our dear friend and fellow Barton Parent Corey Lahm, Owner of Cat and Fiddle beverage. Corey will be pairing six different wines to every nuance of the menu. A night you do not want to miss! All Proceeds from this event will be donated to Barton Open School.
Amuse-bouche
Tuna avocado tartare in a blue corn tostadita.
First Course
Roasted red pepper soup with lemon roasted chicken
Second Course
Apple-fennel salad tossed with a vanilla-cava vinaigrette.
Third course
Roasted cardamon scallops served over a warm french haricot vert salad.
Fourth Course
Beef medallions served with a potato gratin, sautéed baby spinach with shallots & garlic, garnish with shoes- string potatoes, in a Rioja demi glaze.
Fifth Course
Oven roasted halibut over a vegetable-marscapone polenta, brussels sprouts, roasted corn-ginger sauce, apple-fennel compote.
Sixth Course
Peach-raspberry liquor vanilla panna cotta served over a mexican chocolate sauce.
